This article examines the literature in which the attention is paid to the basics of designing of the modern food service establishments in Ukraine .There are also highlighted the labors, where the authors give a description of the features on art in the food service establishments’design. An important aspect of this material is also a review of the literature on the creation of art image in the environmental design. Also the literature, which disrupted the problem of key factors influencing the formation of the subject - the space environment.

In this paper was investigated the formation of consumption of food resources for the future. It was found that the main factors determining their change are the population; wealth; quality of the environment; productivity in agriculture. There was analyzed scenario of food consumption growth by influencing population growth, income, dietary diversification, and biofuels.

The article discusses the concept of "narcissism", representation of foreign and domestic scholars on this phenomenon. The place of narcissism in the consciousness of the individual. It’s proven the correlation between hubristiс narcissism and motivation. It is shown that a healthy personality narcissistic traits are manifested in such a specific configuration of narcissistic traits, self-esteem leads to ambivalence in the continuum "I am insignificant – I am grand" polarization identity in the framework of "Relatedness with others" and "Search for yourself."
